Set Up: Insert the 6 support brackets and inflate the top air ring using the included pump. Place the tub on a flat surface.
Fill: Add water up to about 70% capacity. Add ice cubes or cooling packs until you reach your desired "Arctic" temperature.
The Plunge: Slowly enter the tub and submerge up to your shoulders. Focus on deep, controlled breathing for 2–5 minutes.
Cover: After your session, use the elasticated All-Weather Lid to keep the water clean for your next use.
Drain: Use the included drain valve and pipe to easily empty the tub when it's time for fresh water.
