1. Shipping Cost

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Velorras is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at velorraofficial369@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
